These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through Dltaruew™. They explain the commercial relationship between you and the business operating the store, including ordering, payment, fulfillment, delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms applicable to that transaction.
1. Products & Store Information
Dltaruew™ offers home electronics, kitchen appliances, lighting, environmental comfort products, monitoring devices, and home or office technology.
We aim to present useful and accurate information about each item, including its main features, specifications, available colors, dimensions, and intended use where relevant.
Small differences may occur between screen colors and the appearance of a physical product due to display settings, lighting, production updates, or normal manufacturing variation.
If we identify a material error in product information that affects an unfulfilled order, we may contact you before proceeding.
2. Prices & Currency
Unless another currency is specifically displayed during checkout, prices on our store are presented in United States Dollars (USD).
The total payable amount will be shown during checkout before you submit the order.
Depending on the destination and transaction, the final amount may include:

3. Placing an Order

After an order is submitted, you may receive an electronic confirmation containing your order information.
We may need to contact you if an order contains incomplete information, an apparent pricing or inventory error, a payment problem, or another issue that prevents reasonable fulfillment.
An order may be declined or canceled before fulfillment when there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:

4. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary according to the services enabled for the transaction.
Payment may be subject to authorization or verification by the relevant bank, card network, payment processor, or payment service.
Customers should never send full card numbers, CVV/security codes, or online banking passwords to Dltaruew™ customer support.

5. Order Preparation
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before dispatch.
During holidays, promotional events, or unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 6 business days.
Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery period.
6. Shipping Charges
Our standard shipping structure is:
Orders under $55.00 — $6.50 standard shipping
Orders of $55.00 or more — Free standard shipping
The qualifying threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes or other charges unless checkout specifically states otherwise.
Any shipping charge applicable to an order will be displayed before purchase.
7. Delivery
Estimated delivery after dispatch is currently:
United States: 6–12 business days
Canada: 8–14 business days
United Kingdom: 8–14 business days
Australia: 8–14 business days
Other supported international destinations: 12–19 business days
These are estimated rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities according to product availability and destination. Different products in one order may occasionally arrive separately.

8. Address Changes & Cancellations
Requests to cancel an order or correct shipping information should be sent to service@dltaruew.com within 12 hours after the order is placed.
We will make the requested change when reasonably possible based on the order's current processing status.
If an order has already entered final preparation or shipping, modification or cancellation may no longer be possible.
We do not charge a separate cancellation fee for an order that we are able to cancel before shipment.
9. Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
For a standard preference-based return, the product should generally remain unused, in its original condition, and complete with applicable packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, and components.

Do not automatically send returns to our business registration address.
10. Return Costs & Order Problems
For an eligible return based solely on customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Different rules apply when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, missing an essential included component, or materially different from its description.
After review of an eligible product issue, Dltaruew™ will provide an appropriate solution such as a replacement, refund, or return arrangement without additional return cost to the customer.

11. Refunds
When a physical return is required, the product will be reviewed after arrival at the designated return location.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Banks and payment providers may require additional time to display the credit.
If we approve a refund without requiring the product to be physically returned, we will provide the applicable refund information when resolving the request.
12. International Purchases
International orders may be subject to import procedures, taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where these amounts are not collected during checkout, local authorities or carriers may assess them separately.
Mandatory consumer rights applicable in a customer's jurisdiction remain unaffected where they cannot legally be waived or limited by these Terms.
13. Product Use
Dltaruew™ products should be used according to the product information, instructions, warnings, electrical requirements, and intended purpose supplied with or described for the item.
Certain products may require particular installation, cleaning, battery, electrical, environmental, or operating conditions.
Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or use materially inconsistent with supplied instructions may affect eligibility for a preference-based return or other non-statutory remedy.
This section does not remove rights relating to products that were already defective, damaged, or incorrect when supplied.
14. Resolving an Order Issue
If something is wrong with a purchase, we encourage customers to contact us with the order number and a clear description of the issue.
We will review the circumstances and the store policies applicable to the transaction.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
15. Changes to Transaction Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions as our products, fulfillment arrangements, store operations, or applicable requirements change.
The terms displayed at the time of a purchase generally govern that transaction, except where a later change is required by law or provides rights that must otherwise apply.
